1. About Us

Universal Exim Limited t/a CoreGrid 360 is a New Zealand online supplier of electrical products serving residential, commercial and industrial customers.

These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • are at least 18 years of age or are authorised to purchase on behalf of a business;
  • have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
  • agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Products

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate.

However:

  • product images are for illustration purposes only;
  • colours may vary between screens;
  • manufacturers may change product specifications without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.


4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of GST.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.


5. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically constitute acceptance.

Orders become accepted only after:

  • payment has been authorised (where applicable); and
  • we confirm the order for processing.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where:

  • pricing errors occur;
  • products become unavailable;
  • fraud is suspected; or
  • incorrect information has been provided.

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.


6. Product Availability

While we aim to keep our website accurate, product availability may change without notice.

Some products may:

  • be supplied from our own inventory;
  • be shipped from a third-party fulfilment provider; or
  • be sourced directly from suppliers.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to discuss an alternative, backorder or refund.


7. Payment

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods available during checkout.

All online payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.


8. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.

Delivery timeframes may vary due to:

  • courier delays;
  • supplier availability;
  • weather events;
  • public holidays; or
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods passes once full payment has been received.


9. Inspection of Goods

Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Any shortages, damage or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.


10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Please refer to that policy before returning any products.


11. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand legislation.

Where products are purchased for business purposes, and where permitted by law, the parties agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 may not apply.


12. Warranty

Products supplied by CoreGrid 360 may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

Warranty claims may require inspection by the manufacturer or supplier before a remedy is provided.

Damage caused by:

  • incorrect installation;
  • misuse;
  • unauthorised modification;
  • accidental damage; or
  • failure to follow manufacturer instructions

is not covered.


13. Electrical Products

Electrical products should only be installed and used in accordance with applicable New Zealand laws, regulations and standards.

Where required by law, installation should be carried out by a suitably qualified person.

CoreGrid 360 is not responsible for damage or loss arising from incorrect installation or use of its products.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreGrid 360 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss or damage arising from:

  • delays in delivery;
  • product availability;
  • loss of profits;
  • business interruption; or
  • use of our products.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product, except where New Zealand law provides otherwise.


15. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs and branding, remains the property of CoreGrid 360 or its licensors.

You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.


16. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • use our website for unlawful purposes;
  • interfere with website security;
  • attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
  • introduce malicious software or code.

We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse is suspected.
