We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible throughout New Zealand.


Order Processing

Orders are processed during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, promotions or public holidays, processing times may be longer.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses throughout New Zealand.

If you require delivery to a rural location or have special delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery location;
  • parcel size and weight; and
  • the products ordered.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
Auckland 1–2 business days
North Island 1–3 business days
South Island 2–5 business days
Rural Delivery Please allow additional time

These delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.


Large, Heavy or Bulk Orders

Large cable reels, cable drums, pallet quantities and oversized items may require specialised freight services.

Additional freight charges or delivery arrangements may apply.

If this is required, we will contact you before dispatch.


Stock Availability

While we strive to maintain accurate stock information, product availability may change without notice.

Some products may be:

  • held in our own inventory;
  • supplied by a fulfilment partner;
  • sourced directly from an approved supplier.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to discuss:

  • an estimated lead time;
  • an alternative product; or
  • a full refund.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

CoreGrid 360 is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.


Authority to Leave

If you authorise the courier to leave your parcel unattended, delivery is considered complete once the parcel has been left at the nominated location.

CoreGrid 360 is not responsible for loss, theft or damage after delivery has been completed in accordance with your authority.


Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us investigate, please include:

  • your order number;
  • photographs of the product;
  • photographs of the packaging (if applicable); and
  • a description of the issue.

Delays Outside Our Control

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • severe weather;
  • natural disasters;
  • transport disruptions;
  • courier delays;
  • supplier delays;
  • public holidays; or
  • other unforeseen events.

We appreciate your patience should these situations arise.

At this time, CoreGrid 360 ships within New Zealand only.
