Refund policy

At CoreGrid 360, we are committed to supplying quality electrical products and providing excellent customer service. If something isn't right with your order, we'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes purchasing decisions change.
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The product remains in its original, unopened packaging.
- The item has not been cut, installed, modified or damaged.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Change-of-mind returns are subject to approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Once the returned goods have been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- damaged during delivery,
- faulty,
- or incorrect,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- your order number,
- photographs of the product,
- photographs of the packaging (if damaged),
- a brief description of the issue.
Where the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, CoreGrid 360 will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This may include a replacement, repair or refund.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products that have been installed or used.
- Cable that has been cut to length or customised.
- Special order or non-stock items.
- Products returned without prior approval.
- Clearance or end-of-line products (unless faulty).
Return Process
Before returning any product, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation.
Please include:
- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Photos where applicable
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Approved returns will be provided with return instructions.
Refund Processing
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer protection legislation.
Trade Customers
Trade account purchases may be subject to separate commercial terms where agreed in writing.
